i just finished writing the essay for the application for the music elective scholarship, phew. well actually it was more of editing the content of my testimonial from secondary school that i prepared haha. anyway, i really hope i get granted the scholarship! so many things can be done with $1000 manz seriously.

today was my first music lesson, and i must say it was enlightening(: haha not only on the knowledge of the A level syllabus, but also about the tj culture. all the nine selected mep students played at least 2 instruments each. i felt kind of hesitant to say tt i could play violin as well because in fact i have only been learning it for 2-3 months.. LOL. some of them could even play 4 instruments and that is really quite impressive. ms chew seems a nice teacher too, at least responsible enough (: she says that this year the mep students might be going for a trip to russia. this got me damn excited man haha! anyway, we have 4 guys, 5 girls. nice mix(:

i feel like im on a roller coaster ride, only that there're no plunges, only continuous positive gradients:D

Tj lectures are really cool i love them. even though some may say it's easier to fall asleep in a huge classroom setting where everyone is given much less attention. i beg to differ, in fact i feel more awake with knowledge of the fact that i'll miss out so much if i even dare to stop paying attention for a minute. economics and literature lectures are the best so far, i really like the theories of economics, they are so logical and goddamn easy. literature does makes me think alot and it feels really good to just let ur imagination flow.

ohboy, i feel like im having the time of my life. THIS is the kind of study life i want! :D
